1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Safeport (“Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), available at https://safeport.app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Safeport is a Solana-native application that analyzes the assets in your connected wallet. We use AI to assess the health and legitimacy of each token based on factors such as community activity, sentiment, and project leadership. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Safeport, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Safeport. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

5. Wallet Access

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to connect your Solana wallet. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet access and understanding the permissions you grant when connecting.

We do not take custody of your assets, and we do not initiate any blockchain transactions on your behalf.

6. AI-Based Scoring

Safeport uses automated algorithms and public data to generate scores for tokens in your wallet. These scores are generated for informational purposes only and are not investment recommendations. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the scores or underlying data.

7. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any laws or regulations.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.

Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to interact with the Service.

Introduce malware or harmful content.

8. Research & Data Usage

By using the Service, you agree that we may collect anonymized usage data to improve scoring models and detect patterns across wallets and tokens. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Safeport app, including designs, code, and content, belong to Safeport or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, branding, or proprietary models.

10. Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant Safeport a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that feedback without restriction.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF THE SCORES OR DATA PRESENTED.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFEPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the platform.
